Admission requirements

• General university entrance qualification, entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences or subject-specific university entrance qualification plus practical professional knowledge (usually already acquired through your relevant training, further education or professional activity) or
• without (subject-specific) university entrance qualification through a recognised advanced training examination and a fee-based advisory interview or
• completed vocational training plus two years of professional experience and entrance examination at HFH. You may have up to one year of child-rearing, caregiving duties, voluntary service, etc. credited towards your professional experience.
  
  

Details

In the dual degree programme in Business Administration, vocational training is integrated into the study programme.
From January 2015, the course starts for prospective industrial clerks who are in their first year of training. This is followed by the professional fields of retail sales clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, as well as office management. Every (technical) high school graduate with a corresponding commercial training contract can enrol in the distance learning course, which includes various online learning units, generally with free choice of the training company. Thanks to the strong practical orientation, students can apply the theoretical knowledge they have acquired directly within the framework of their vocational training and later professional activity.

The start of the programme is 1 January and 1 July each year. The application deadline is 15 November and 15 May each year.
