The VICTORIA | International University is a university of applied sciences founded in 2011, officially recognized and accredited by the German Science Council, with its headquarters in Berlin. It is part of the F+U Group and operated by the International University for Economics, Technology and Culture non-profit organization. The academic operations started on October 1, 2012. With approximately 441 students (as of the winter semester 2024/2025), the university offers a practice-oriented study programme in Berlin and Baden-Baden.

The study programme includes the Bachelor's degree programme in Business Administration (B.A.), offered in 13 different specializations, such as Hotel & Tourism Management, Marketing Communication & Digital Media, Event, Trade Fair & Congress Management, Sports Management, Human Resource Management, Health Management, Financial Services, Taxation and Auditing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Real Estate Management, Sales Management, as well as Quality and Sustainability Management. The programmes are offered in dual, traditional, or hybrid study models, with face-to-face teaching scheduled for two days a week.

The university is characterized by small study groups, personal support, and a high level of practical orientation. Close links to partner companies ensure a strong practical focus. In the dual model, practice companies generally cover the study fees, while in the traditional model, they amount to 679 EUR per month. Admission is possible without a numerus clausus, provided candidates hold a university entrance qualification and have a German language proficiency level of B2.

VICTORIA is institutionally accredited by the German Science Council, meeting the high quality and performance requirements for private universities in Germany. Additionally, its study programmes are accredited by the accreditation agency ACQUIN, ensuring compliance with national and international standards in teaching and learning.

As part of the Erasmus+ programme, VICTORIA offers its students international mobility and internship opportunities. Since May 2015, the university has held the Erasmus+ Charter.

Another component of the university is the VICTORIA | Academy of Languages based in Berlin, offering language courses and language exams. The academy targets international students and professionals aiming to enhance their language skills.

Research at VICTORIA is application-oriented, aligned with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals for 2030. The main research focus lies on "Sustainable Business as a Future Resource." Additionally, there are individual research fields in areas such as digitalization, sports, events and tourism management, entrepreneurship, and social marketing.

The university collaborates with numerous partner institutions, including the International Business Academy (iba), EurAka Baden-Baden, isba, and the Academy of Languages. VICTORIA is part of national and international networks in education and research, promoting innovative, flexible, and practice-oriented study formats to support individual career paths.
