Admission requirements

With your Master in Digital Management, you will work as an e-commerce manager or digital marketing manager, for example.

The prerequisite for admission to this degree programme is a successfully completed Bachelor's degree (with a grade of "good" or better) with at least 180 ECTS credits or a comparable academic degree, such as a Diplom degree. In case of a deviating grade point average, the ability to study can be proven by a separate selection interview, if necessary.

If the Bachelor's degree programme has not yet been completed in full, 80% of the credit points to be acquired must already have been achieved at the time of application. The outstanding achievements must be completed by the time of enrolment at the latest.

In the previous Bachelor's degree programme, at least 20% of the ECTS points should be allocated to the subject area of economics. Missing ECTS points from the subject area of economics can be proven either by a separate entrance test or by proof of a successfully completed commercial vocational training or by at least 18 months of relevant professional activity in business administration.

In addition, you demonstrate language skills in English at least at level B2 of the Council of Europe Framework of Reference or equivalent.

Study content and specialisations

The study programme "Digital Management" at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences is a master's degree programme that aims to train managers who are able to shape the digital transformation of companies. The programme is practice-oriented and provides students with knowledge in the areas of strategy, innovation, marketing, IT and change management.

Students acquire skills to solve complex business problems arising from digital transformation. They also learn how to develop and implement digital business models and how to use technological opportunities to increase the competitiveness of companies.

The curriculum includes the following modules:

Berlin: In Berlin, the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences operates a campus for the Department of Business & Media at Jägerstraße 32, i.e. in Berlin-Mitte directly at the Gendarmenmarkt. Another campus for the Fashion & Design faculty is located in Prenzlauer Berg.
