The Bachelor's programme "Intercultural Theology, Migration and Global Cooperation" at Fachhochschule Hermannsburg provides a comprehensive understanding of the global and religious dynamics of religions and cultures. The focus is on the challenges posed by globalization and migration, as well as the ability for intercultural dialogue and leadership. The programme is interdisciplinary and includes theological, religious studies, and social subjects.
Intercultural Theology and Hermeneutics Migration and Interculturality in the Bible Social Justice from a theological and social science perspective Pastoral Care Collaboration in ecclesiastical, ecumenical, and interreligious institutions Community work in an intercultural and migration-related context Leadership, organization, and project managementThe full-time programme lasts for six semesters and comprises 180 ECTS credits. An integrated long-term internship provides practical experience. Graduates have access to various professional fields in church-related, diakonic, and development organizations worldwide, as well as to further study programmes.
