The Health Care Studies degree programme for experienced professionals is, in terms of study organisation, a shortened form of the dual, vocationally integrated Health Care Studies degree programme. It offers experienced occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, and physiotherapists the opportunity to obtain the academic degree Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) alongside their employment, by accrediting parts of their vocational school training.
The start of studies is 1 September every year. The application deadline is 15 July every year.
In-person teaching sessions for this degree programme take place in the following cities:
Aschersleben, Berlin, Bonn, Dresden, Essen, Freiburg, Hamburg, Kassel, Munich, Münster, Nuremberg, Potsdam, Siegen, Stuttgart, and Würzburg.
