In the full-time model, you attend classes four days a week, with one day reserved for self-study, part-time work or leisure. The part-time degree is aimed at working professionals and takes place three days per week—two days on campus and one day online.

- Work & Study: 8 semesters, study alongside employment in a company
Before starting your studies, a practical placement of at least six weeks in industry is recommended to provide practical fundamentals. During your studies, you will regularly work on practice-oriented projects and learn in laboratories as well as through exchange with partner companies.
In the main study phase, you choose one of three specialisations: production and quality management, development and design, or energy technology and sustainability. The specialisation is completed through elective modules and project work.
