Admission requirements
For admission, the (university of applied sciences) entrance qualification or an equivalent school leaving certificate is required. Alternatively, you can qualify through at least a 2-year vocational training and an IHK advanced training or a master craftsman’s certificate, or through at least a 2-year vocational training and at least 3 years of professional experience.
Additionally, a minimum 3-month internship or equivalent professional experience in tourism must be demonstrated. Proof must be provided by the beginning of the 3rd semester.

Therefore, there is an increasing demand for specialists with sound know-how in the field of marketing, but also a confident overview of the structures and processes of the industries. With the Bachelor's degree, you qualify for responsible marketing positions, e.g. in hotels, tourism corporations, tour operators and airlines.
