Admission requirements

The requirement for admission to this degree programme is a successfully completed bachelor's degree (with a grade of "2.5" or better) with at least 180 ECTS credits or a comparable academic qualification, such as a diploma. If the average grade is different, the ability to study may be proven by a separate interview.
For a bachelor's degree that is not yet fully completed, 80% of the required credits must have been obtained at the time of application. The outstanding credits must be completed by the time of enrolment at the latest.
In the previous bachelor's degree, at least 30% of the ECTS credits should be allocated to the field of economics. Missing ECTS credits in the field of economics can be compensated either by a separate entrance test or by providing evidence of a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or by at least 18 months of relevant business management work experience.

Study Contents and Specialisations
The study of business administration is interdisciplinary in nature and besides the core subjects of business administration, it also provides you with comprehensive content from the fields of management and marketing, as well as cross-disciplinary skills ("Soft Skills") such as leadership behavior, ethics, and knowledge of global economic relationships.
The study plan includes the following modules:
- 1st Semester: Professional Field, Research Perspectives, and Foundations of Sustainable Marketing & Leadership; Business Ethics; Financial Management; Global Markets, Competition, and Business Model; Environment, Arenas, and Actors; Leadership and Executive Personality in an Intercultural Context
- 2nd Semester: Behavioural Decision Making; Digital Media; Organisational Management; Sustainable Marketing and Brand Strategies; Integral Sustainability Management and Sustainability Communication; Strategic Leadership
- 3rd Semester: Entrepreneurship; International Marketing and Sales Channels and Relationship Management; Design Aspects of Corporate Responsibility; Value and Results-oriented Leadership; Analytical and Explorative Research in the field of Sustainable Marketing & Leadership
