You can be admitted to the dual study program at IU International University if you present either a Abitur (general higher education entrance qualification), a technical college entrance qualification, or a subject-related higher education entrance qualification.
In addition, you can study E-Commerce without Abitur. For the dual study program without Abitur, you need a completed advanced training course, such as becoming a State-Certified Business Economist, or you have completed an apprenticeship and subsequently worked full-time for at least 3 years.
