For years, the healthcare sector has been subject to continuous change processes. Employees are constantly faced with new challenges. Increasingly, managers are now required who proactively, systematically and sustainably shape the complex demands in healthcare organisations. This is where the new master's degree programme at HFH comes in. The part-time course is conceptually oriented towards the ideal-typical management cycle and leads students within four semesters plus the master's thesis to a Master of Arts. From empirical methods and public health to management and business administration – these four qualification strands of the master's degree programme specifically prepare healthcare executives for the tasks of organisational and personnel management. Whether leadership positions in healthcare, project management in research institutions or demographic-appropriate personnel management – the fields of application for graduates in health and nursing care are diverse.
The start of studies is 1 January and 1 July each year. The application deadline is 15 November or 15 May each year.
Face-to-face teaching sessions for this degree programme take place in the following cities:
Bonn, Essen, Hamburg, Kassel, Linz(A), Munich, Nuremberg, Potsdam, Stuttgart
