To study Social Work, in addition to the (technical) university entrance qualification, you should have a strong social interest to be able to empower people in special life situations. Furthermore, you are communicative, linguistically skilled, and interested in foreign cultures. With teamwork, conceptual competence, and determination, you help people create perspectives.

The Social Work degree offers you an interesting and meaningful field of activity: working for and with people on their path to self-determination and social integration. In the B.A. Social Work programme, you can expect a unique combination of modules that, in addition to social and psychological skills, also provides you with management knowledge. The course enables you to work responsibly with people. After completing the Social Work degree, a wide range of career opportunities are open to you: for example, you can later work as a social worker/social pedagogue in integration management or pursue a subsequent Master's degree.
