Study Concept and Structure
The Blended Learning study programme in Psychology (B.Sc.) combines self-organized online learning with fixed face-to-face sessions. This study model offers you maximum flexibility, allowing you to optimally adapt your studies to your daily life.
The online phase of the study programme is conducted using the Canvas tool. Here, you have access to digital learning materials that you can work on anytime and from anywhere. You have full control over your learning schedule and can flexibly focus on the content that is currently relevant for you.
Two days a week, you attend the university for face-to-face events. These typically start around 10 a.m. and offer you the opportunity to deepen your acquired knowledge in small groups and engage with lecturers and fellow students. Personal contact promotes dialogue and the application of learned concepts in practical contexts.
An important advantage of this study model is the regular feedback throughout the semester, helping you continuously reflect on your learning progress. Additionally, there are no exams at the end of the semester, leading to less stress and anxiety. Instead, at the end of the semester, you have the opportunity to directly implement the acquired knowledge in learning expeditions.
This study concept combines the flexibility of online learning with the benefits of direct interaction during face-to-face sessions. This allows you to learn independently and also benefit from regular, personal exchanges.
