With your Bachelor's in Computer Science, you can work as a software developer, IT project manager, or IT manager.

To be admitted to the private Bachelor's program in Computer Science at IU International University, you need to have either a high school diploma (general university entrance qualification), a technical high school diploma, or a subject-specific university entrance qualification.

In addition, you can also study Computer Science without a high school diploma. To be admitted to the IU program without a high school diploma, you need to present a completed advanced training qualification, such as becoming a State-Certified Business Economist, or hold a master craftsman's certificate. You can also be admitted if you have completed a vocational training and worked full-time for at least 3 years after this training.

This Bachelor's program at IU comprises about 32 modules, which you will take and complete over the course of 6 semesters of regular study time. Each module is worth 5-10 credits (ECTS) and concludes with an examination performance such as a term paper or an exam. This is how myStudy Computer Science at IU works

The myStudy program at IU International University is a flexible hybrid study program that combines traditional campus life with self-study phases at home.

Classes take place on-site 2-3 days a week. If preferred, students can also attend classes through the IU Virtual Campus.

Through the online portal and the Learn App of IU, students have access to study materials, presentations, and videos for the computer science modules at any time.

The semester is divided into 2 parts, so you take 3 modules per semester. The modules in the Computer Science subject, for example, conclude with an exam or a term paper.

Study Computer Science privately in these cities

With over 35 study locations throughout Germany, IU International University has a presence in Germany for degree programs in all disciplines.

The hybrid Computer Science program is currently offered by the university in cities such as Augsburg, Dresden, Frankfurt, Cologne, and Mainz.
