Details
The qualification objective of the undergraduate Bachelor's degree programme in Osteopathy is to prepare for the professional field of osteopathy and to impart the necessary subject-specific scientifically validated knowledge, skills, and methods. Students are enabled to acquire the knowledge and abilities required to practise osteopathy. Their individuality as well as their personal approach to osteopathy are encouraged. A balanced ratio between theory and practice contributes to encouraging students to think independently and critically when applying the knowledge. The intended learning outcome is the ability to apply osteopathic techniques in diagnosis and treatment in a scientifically sound and confident manner, as well as to contribute to the scientifically guided further development and evidence-based foundation of osteopathy.
