The final grade of your degree should be at least 'Satisfactory'.

The focus of your undergraduate studies should also be in the fields of health, nursing, or medical education, or health, nursing, or therapy science. If your undergraduate study does not have a focus in any of these fields, you can still be admitted through a master's entrance examination.

In addition, your undergraduate study should have at least 35 ECTS points in educational sciences. Missing ECTS points can be made up through bridging courses at IU.

Furthermore, you can have extensive prior credits recognized to shorten the study time in distance learning and save on tuition fees. Recognitions can include, for example, credits you have earned in previous master's programs. The university can also recognize comprehensive professional experience in the field of health and nursing education. It is best to submit your application for recognition along with your application.

This Master's program at IU includes approximately 18 modules that you will take and complete over the course of 4 semesters of regular study time. Each module carries 5-10 credit points (ECTS) and concludes with an examination performance such as a term paper or an exam.
