The study programme is particularly suitable for those who value a practice-oriented, flexible course and who want to specifically qualify for management tasks and leadership roles in real estate companies – both in the traditional on-campus format and in the dual model directly in cooperation with companies.

What formal admission requirements apply?

You can apply for the Real Estate Management degree if you meet one of the following requirements:

  • Advanced technical college entrance qualification (Fachabitur)
  • Studying without Abitur with recognised professional qualification and relevant work experience – details are regulated by the respective state higher education legislation

Openness to digitalisation and new technologies is expected, as digitalisation strategies, AI tools and future-oriented approaches are also part of the curriculum. • Practical semester: Over the course of the semesters, you complete a practical semester of at least 6 months in one or several companies with direct reference to the real estate industry.
  • Study organisation: The start of the programme is possible in both the winter and summer semester. Ongoing support from lecturers, small study groups and direct contact with industry lecturers are offered.
