- A first degree qualifying for a profession – for the 90 ECTS track with 180 ECTS from a Bachelor’s degree, for the 60 ECTS track with 210 ECTS from previous degrees such as a longer Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – as well as
- At least two years of professional experience and
- English language proficiency at level B2.

Upon admission, applicants sign the study contract and make an initial payment on the tuition fees to secure their spot. - Start of Studies
After completing the admission process, students begin their studies and become part of Tomorrow University’s global learning community.
Students can transfer previously earned credits to their program at Tomorrow University. Depending on the subject and content, up to 50% of the ECTS credits of a program can be recognized, reducing the overall duration and cost accordingly.
The Four Phases of Study at Tomorrow University
The study program at ToU is divided into four phases, each with different objectives. Students begin with the “Orientation Phase”, where they master the six competency areas of the program. Their personal mission statement forms the foundation for specialization, skill development, and mindset cultivation.
In the “Calibration Phase”, students deepen their knowledge by completing Impact Certificates in their chosen area of specialization. A specialization does not need to be chosen in advance; it can be determined flexibly during the course of study.
The “Elevation Phase” focuses on solving problems aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These challenges are developed and delivered in collaboration with industry partners.
In the “Activation Phase”, students put their innovative ideas into action. They work on the goals of their project, supported by peers, industry experts, and mentors.

The MBA in Sustainability, Innovation & Leadership at Tomorrow University offers comprehensive, practical training in sustainability, innovation, and leadership. The program's learning objectives are designed to strengthen participants' abilities to act as effective leaders in the fields of sustainable development and innovation. The distance learning program is designed for a duration of 18 months in the 90 ECTS track and includes 3 additional elective modules, which can either be freely chosen or selected through one of the many specialization paths. Learning and Assessments at Tomorrow University

Each 3-month module (Impact Certificate) is divided into shorter Challenges (3-week mini-modules). The weekly schedule includes asynchronous learning phases, optional events, and one mandatory live session per week.
The learning app is designed to ensure students stay on track and complete their tasks on time. The mobile and desktop app seamlessly integrates into everyday life, and instead of lectures or recorded sessions, there are 7- to 30-minute learning units.
Full-time and part-time options are available for all programs. The study load, depending on the mode, is about 10 to 25 hours per week, offering students flexibility and the ability to balance studies with professional or personal commitments.
At Tomorrow University, there are no traditional exams. Instead, the curriculum is based on a practical approach, where students learn through real-world projects and directly apply their skills in industry-specific scenarios.
