The Master's programme Strategy & Organization at the University of Witten/Herdecke is an internationally oriented management programme aimed at future leaders. The programme provides in-depth knowledge in business management and strategy, using current theories and methods in the field of administration and economics. Close collaboration with practice partners allows students to gain practical experience and deepen their knowledge in real projects. The programme includes essential modules such as Theories of Strategic Management and Theories of Organizations, as well as extensive elective options for specialisation in areas such as Digital Transformation in Business, International Strategy, and Ethical Issues in Organizations.
The programme is designed for graduates of a Bachelor's degree in business economics who wish to deepen their knowledge and prepare comprehensively for leadership roles in companies.
