University degree (Bachelor) in Business Administration or related fields, e.g. Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Psychology, Business Law, Economics (at least 210 ECTS in total, including at least 40-60 credits in Business Administration; applicants with less than 210 ECTS but at least 180 ECTS can acquire the missing credits through recognition of professional competencies)
Minimum of 3 months of relevant practical experience
HHL Entry Test (alternatively GMAT)
TOEFL or alternative English proficiency test (to be submitted by the latest at the start of the programme)
Proficiency in a second modern foreign language (in addition to English and the mother tongue)

During the Welcome Week on the Leipzig campus, students have the opportunity to network with other students. The Essentials include modules such as Ethics and Sustainability, Problem Solving and Communication, as well as Economics.
Furthermore, the program offers the opportunity for specialization in various areas such as Strategic Management or Financial Decision Making through the Deep Dives. The final Master's thesis provides you with the chance to delve deeply into a topic from your professional practice.
