Admission requirements
According to the requirements of the German Psychological Society, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Psychology in order to study for the Master's degree in Business Psychology with a focus on Organizational Psychology. Your 180 ECTS should include at least 90 ECTS in Psychology. These should include:
- 20 ECTS in psychological methodology (including statistics and research methods)
- 20 ECTS in basic psychological subjects (including general and biological psychology, differential and personality psychology, as well as social psychology)
- 12 ECTS in applied psychology (including work, organizational and business psychology)
- 12 ECTS in other psychological disciplines (e.g. learning and developmental psychology, advertising psychology, etc.)
If you are missing required courses from your Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Psychology, you can easily make up for these through a preparatory course at HdWM. Depending on the completed Psychology Bachelor's degree, this is generally possible within one semester.
