With your Bachelor's degree in Communication & PR, you can work as a PR consultant, press spokesperson, or online editor.

To be admitted to the private Bachelor's program in Communication & PR at IU International University, you must have either a Abitur (general university entrance qualification), a technical college entrance qualification, or a subject-specific university entrance qualification.

In addition, you can also study Communication & PR without a high school diploma. To be admitted to the IU program without a high school diploma, you must have completed an advanced training qualification, such as becoming a certified business economist, or have a master craftsman's certificate. You can also be admitted if you have completed a vocational training program and have worked full-time for at least 3 years after completing that training.

How the myStudies Communication & PR course works at IU

The myStudies at IU International University is a flexible hybrid programme that combines traditional campus life with self-study phases at home.

Accompanying events take place on-campus 2-3 days per week. Alternatively, participants can follow the events via the IU's Virtual Campus.

Through the online portal and the Learn App of IU, students have access to study materials, presentations, and videos for the modules in Communication & PR at any time.

The semester consists of 2 parts, allowing you to take 3 modules per quarter and complete an exam preparation phase. Modules in the Communication & PR field, for example, end with an exam or term paper.
